Enter your route, travel date, and passenger details on the AIRSAVE platform.
System Assigns Booking Type
Based on how far your travel date is from today, AIRSAVE automatically assigns one of the following booking types:
Future Travel
Advance Premium Reservation or Advance Reservation for future travel dates
Near-Term Travel
Instant Booking for near-term travel dates
Choose Your Payment Option
For both Advance and Instant bookings, you can choose:
Travel Confirmation (Advance Bookings Only)
Advance Premium Reservation
You will receive mandatory travel confirmation requests:
- About 10 days before travel for pending balance payment, and
- About 9 days before travel for travel confirmation.
- You get 36 hours to respond to each request, with automated reminders every 12 hours.
Advance Reservation
You will receive mandatory travel confirmation requests:
- About 34 days before travel for pending balance payment, and
- About 30 days before travel for travel confirmation.
- You get 72 hours to respond to each request, with automated reminders every 24 hours.
Ticket Issuance Process
Advance Premium Reservation & Advance Reservation
After travel confirmation and full payment, AIRSAVE attempts ticket issuance using its reserve-backed system.
Instant Booking
After full payment, the ticket is issued immediately.
